Physical activity is essential for good health and will make a difference to your quality of life.

Just 30 minutes of physical activity of moderate intensity on 5 or more days a week can help.

Once you start being active, the benefits will become obvious. You'll experience:

Elite Performers

FACS (Free Access for County Sportspeople) is a scheme that has been introduced to support and encourage our top sports people who live in Borough, through the provision of free training time at the Stour Centre, Tenterden Leisure Centre, and the Julie Rose Stadium.

To be eligible for the scheme you must be either a national, regional, or county representative, be part of a national, regional, or county training squad, or ranked in the National Governing Body annual listings. There is no age limit to the scheme.
